Greetings to you all from a rather blustery Berkshire!
Last week, we made our way up to Birmingham’s NEC for the Spring Fair, the UK’s No.1 Home and Gift Show.
From 2nd to 6th February, you could find us in Hall 4 on Stand C108, with our collection of beautiful handmade decorations, including our 2020 Christmas collection. The show was also an opportunity for people to get information on how to make use of our bespoke service too.
This was our first time attending the Spring Fair and we were very much looking forward to meeting people and getting to know possible future customers in such a venue as the NEC.
Despite some problems on set-up day, mostly surrounding the electricity supply and general logistics at the NEC, we managed to put together our bright and colourful display stand.
After a very long day, and despite feeling like a very small fish in a very large pond, we were really pleased with how everything looked. And so, armed with a tub of Fruitella, our brand new catalogues and our fab new postcards, we were ready for the days ahead of us.
It was a great show for us; we met a lot of lovely people and came away with some really exciting orders, some quite local and some for locations much further away too.
As always, we were really grateful to everyone who came and spoke to us over the days we were there – it always means a lot to us when people come to say hello and take a look at the products we have to offer.
We’re taking a little break from Trade Fairs for now, our next ‘outing’ is not until April for the BCTF in Harrogate. We have some exciting projects to focus on in the meantime though so, don’t worry, we’ll be keeping busy!
