London, the city of black cabs and red double-decker buses, where you can have high tea at several grand hotels, have an ale at a pub and swing by a palace or two on your way to do some shopping or to visit to a museum.
Sadly at the moment that is not possible so Roelofs & Rubens thought to help out a bit by making some gorgeous ‘famous London landmarks’ tiles for you as consolation and to remind yourself of the times we could freely wonder around in the city.
The London Collection Tiles contains six hand painted tiles in our traditional Delft blue and depict specific details of St. Paul’s cathedral, the Tower of London, the Gherkin, the London Eye, the Tower Bridge and of course Big Ben.
You can use them as a coaster for your hot mug of tea (Builders, Earl Grey, English breakfast) because they come with rubber feet to protect the table or display them on your mantel piece, a memento of good times in London.
