Shipping & Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with our delivery, please contact us immediately. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as fast as possible. Any breakages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will also request pictures of the damaged goods. This will help us improve our packaging methods.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We use Royal Mail and UPS as our main shipping providers.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 100 grams.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the delivery is a result of our error; we shipped the incorrect product.
If the product has been damaged in transit. We will ask for pictures of the broken product, as proof, and also for pictures of the packaging, to help us understand where we went wrong.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after returning your package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
